System Optimization Review
A Ledgerwood Consultant analyzes your Sage Timberline Office System in order to provide you with answers to the following questions:
1. Are you on the most current version? If not, what would it take to upgrade?
2. Do you need to archive historical data? If so, for which applications?
3. Do you have an established closing schedule for all modules?
4. Have you run the balancing reports between General Ledger and the Subsidiary Ledgers? If not, the consultant
will run them for you.
5. Is your data backed up properly and can you restore from backup, if necessary?
6. Do you have a catastrophic recovery plan for your accounting data (especially if you’re doing stimulus work)?
7. Is there anything that needs to be changed with your existing setup that
would better facilitate these processes?
What comes next?
Once done with this diagnostic, our Sage Certified Consultant will provide you with a written report that answers all of those questions, and any more you might have.
How much is it?
The fixed cost for the diagnostic is $500. Once you’ve had a chance to review all of this information you decide what changes, upgrades or services you would like to see made to your system.
