Process Engineering

What happens?
A Ledgerwood consultant will meet with you to map out your processes and make written recommendations to streamline those procedures to save you time and money.

Who should use it?
If you have recently downsized your workforce, you probably have the same workload with less people to do it.  Perhaps the person who knew how to do a particular job is no longer there to do it.  We can help determine how that current workload can be absorbed by your current staff.

What does this service cost?
