How can you get support?

A Ledgerwood Consultant will quickly respond by email or phone, usually in less than 10 minutes.
Steps to resolve the issue will then be taken.
Email support requests will be answered M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Arizona time. If you have questions or issues regarding estimating software they will be returned after 1:00 pm; if not immediately.
Ledgerwood’s regular consulting fees apply. The minimum support billing time is 15 minutes.
Our portal is monitored Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. You receive email confirmations for every step so you know always know the status of your request.

This is NOT your fastest option All of our Sage Certified consultants are rarely at the office; they are out helping other clients. You may have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back.
What will it cost you? Our hourly fees range from $125 to $175, depending on the complexity of your issue. Keep in mind; many times we can help you in less than an hour. Our minimum charge for phone support is 15 minutes. Online support is 30 minutes.
