The LAI Customer Portal* is our way of guaranteeing you faster support times, real-time status updates and the ability to review all LAI invoices so you can monitor your account at anytime, from any computer.
You can also:
- Create your own service ticket and monitor its progress, regularly, to see where in the LAI queue it is.
- Enjoy a guaranteed response time of 2 hours or less, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- Save time and money by explaining your issue, in your own words, as well as upload any supporting
documents. This shortens the amount of consultation time needed to remedy the issue.
What if I don’t have access to the LAI Customer Portal?
Send an email to LAIsupport@LedgerwoodAssociatesUSA.com, giving us the name of your company, the names of the company members you want to access the portal, and who you wish to assign as the Account Administrator. We will send you a list of usernames and passwords.
