As a Senior Enterprise Professional Kerri Ledgerwood’s experience with Property Management is unparalleled. Having worked in the Accounting and Property Management fields for three decades, Kerri is a seasoned veteran when it comes to Sage Timberline Implementations, Training and Client Services.

A Sage Timberline Office Certified Consultant in Accounting and Property Management, Kerri’s early experiences include having Managed Accounting and Computer Operations and having been the National Accounts Project Manager for a large Property Management firm, where she developed Property Management curriculum and training which she presented in various national seminars.

Along with her husband Ed, Kerri worked for several years in the Australasian region. Based out of New South Wales, Kerri was the Project Manager and Lead Consultant on several major million-dollar Sage-Timberline Property Management Implementations, including Colonial Fiji Life Limited, Colonial First State Investments and Deutsche Bank. 

Once back in the United States, she worked with several corporate giants including Hines also known as Hines Interest Limited Partnership.

Kerri earned the 2004 CRE Timberline Consultant of the Year Award and has more than 200 Sage Timberline Office System Implementations to her credit.
